| Title: Funny story from Blaze Listener Tank Artist: Metallica | Fact: Metallica was in concert here a few years back @ Weber State. I dont remember what song it was... but anyways...... I decided to follow suit like everyone else and take off my shirt and throw it on stage. So I did... I took off my Metallica shirt (that I had bought at a previous Metallica concert) and threw it on stage. Mission complete, except I had accidentally hit Jason Newstead (metallica's then bassist) right in the bass! He kinda messed up the song. (though no one noticed) and looked around for the asshole (me) Everyone in the nearby crowd kinda turned and looked at me. They saw me jumping and screaming. Jason Newstead knew it was me, and gave me a big middle finger, mid-song, in front of everyone!! People the next day at school were kinda asking about why Jason Newstead was giving the bird to someone... Needless to say that the reason was me! Its a funny story I tell people about my most favorist band of all time. I dont know if that is a particular fact about a song, but still a funny story non the less. | |
